Collect water sample at a sprinkler head. Dip the test strip in the water. Leave in water for 30 seconds. Remove test stip and wait 2 minutes. Compare to Chart to Determine Iron Level in Water.
Works great with Rust Stop to Prevent Rust Stains
What if my test strip is showing higher than 5.0 ppm?
Collect 4oz of irrigation water mix with 8oz of distilled water. Stir well then take test again. Take test results and multiply by three. This will give you the parts per million of iron up to 15 part per million.
